Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Delhi
Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be welcomed by The Destinations Lab’s representative at the airport. After the warm welcome, you will be escorted to the hotel for your overnight stay. Upon arrival at the hotel, check into your room and retire for the day. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
In the morning, have breakfast and then get ready to explore the wonderful capital city. On your city tour discover some of the famous highlights of Old Delhi and New Delhi. Start off with a visit to Jama Masjid – one of India’s largest mosque built in 1656 followed by a visit to Chandni Chowk, Delhi’s oldest and biggest market where you can find almost everything. Also enjoy a rickshaw ride through the streets of Old Delhi, starting from Fatehpuri Masjid to Red Fort. Then, visit Red Fort – the historic Fort that served as the main residence of the Mughal Emperors. Later, drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan (President’s House), Parliament House, and India Gate - a war memorial built in honour of the brave hearts who died in World War I. You will then proceed towards Qutub Minar – a UNESCO World heritage site dating back to 1193. Built under the reign of Qutub-ud-din-Aibak, Qutub Minar is the tallest brick minaret in the world. In the evening, get back to hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3: Delhi – Agra (210 Kms / Approx. 3 - 4 Hrs. drive)
Post breakfast check out from hotel for Agra. You will be driven towards the city of love via the Yamuna Expressway. Enroute visit Sikandra Fort- the resting place of the greatest Mughal Emperor Akbar. The fort was built by his son Jahangir in 1605–1613. Reach Agra and then check into your hotel. Unwind and spend rest of the time at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4: Agra - Ranthambore via Fatehpur Sikri (280 Kms/Approx. 6-7 Hrs. drive)
Early in the morning get ready to visit the Taj Mahal for an amazing view of the monuments. One of the world’s most visited monuments, the Taj Mahal was built in the 17th century by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife – Mumtaz Mahal. Then, get back to hotel for breakfast. After your meal, check-out from hotel. Visit Agra Fort and then drive for Ranthambore. The massive Fort is a perfect mix of the Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles and features courtyards, private chambers, and mosques. Continue your drive to Ranthambore- one of the largest national parks in India. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri – a 16th century built Mughal City and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After reaching Jaipur, Check into hotel and rest. After reaching Ranthambore, Check into hotel and rest. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 5: Ranthambore Wildlife Safari
Get ready for an early morning Wildlife Safari/Tiger Safari at the Ranthambore National Park. The former royal hunting ground, Ranthambore is home to a variety of wildlife species including Tigers, Leopards, Striped Hyenas, Chital, Nilgai, Macaques, Jackals, Blackbucks, Indian Wild Boar, Chinkara, and others. The park is also home to the 10th-century Ranthambore Fort, and Ganesh Mandir temple. Later, get back to the hotel for breakfast. Spend rest of the time at leisure and later in the evening, you can go for the second round of wildlife Safari. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 6: Ranthambore - Jaipur (190 Kms/Approx. 3-4 Hrs. drive)
Post breakfast, check out from hotel. Get driven towards the UNESCO World Heritage City of Jaipur. Upon arrival in Jaipur, check into hotel and relax. Spend rest of the time at leisure.Overnight at Hotel.

Day 7: Jaipur Sightseeing
Have breakfast and then head out for Amber Fort. Enjoy an elephant ride to the gates of the Fort. The construction of the classic Amber Fort was started in 1592 and is a perfect fusion of the Mughal and Hindu styles of architecture. Then, visit Hawa Mahal, built in 1799. Popularly known as the Palace of Wind, the five-story structure features around thousand windows, intricately built to help the royal ladies have a look at the outside world, without being seen. Later, head to 18th century-built City Palace, followed by a visit to Jantar Mantar- a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s largest observatory. Before heading back to the hotel, visit the famous Birla Temple and indulge into some Shopping. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 8: Jaipur - Delhi (260 Kms/Approx. 5-6 Hrs. drive) – Departure
Have breakfast and then check-out from hotel for Delhi. Get driven to your destination in the comfort of your private vehicle. Upon arrival in Delhi, transfer to airport to board onward flight.
